What’s in a Name Anyway?

A quick word of caution.  Do not rely on a company to look out for your interests.  Sometimes agents rely on their company name rather than their own merit.  There are fantastic agents in every company.  Just keep in mind that a fantastic agent is a function of the agent.  Like-wise, your cousin that happens to be an agent, may or may not produce the results you want.

Why FSBO is clearly the wrong choice today. (For sale by owner)

In todays market you can not just throw a sign out front and serve lemonade on Sunday.  99% of buyers will have an agent when they get serious about actually buying.  If you are not being represented by an agent, odds are you are not going to connect with 99% of the buying pool very effectively.  Beyond missing qualified buyers, there are a  number of other factors where a FSBO is at a huge disadvantage.  Again, if you want to sell your property with the least effort, highest price, and quickest turn around set up a time and I will have my team show you how to list a property in the best way possible.
