Getting accurate, reliable information about projects and their market places is critical.  Having all the relevant data at the onset saves you time, money & energy. Wouldn't it be valuable if you only had to look at viable projects that were aligned with your current business model. timeline, inventory and budget?  Would you rather spend time kicking projects around or selling great homes?


My commitment is to present opportunities that are in alignment with your companies business model.  That starts by understanding your model, your product, your buyers and the types of projects you are looking to buy now and in the future. 


I actively work with both developers and builders.  Understanding the development process is only part of the process.  The critical part is understanding & communicating the market place at the time of acquisition.  No one has a crystal ball, but understanding who else is selling comparable land or building pads,  and what the price-points & absorption numbers are makes a huge difference in making smart acquisition choices. 


Land Owners

If you own or control property it may have development potential.  Please feel free to call me to explore possibilities.  I work with developers and builders on a regular basis.  Usually, land is evaluated by “highest and best possible use.”  Although, that is always up for interpretation.

 

Developers

If you are looking for raw ground or want to know how to effectively package and market your project, please contact me.  My job is to know who is buying and who is selling.  Additionally, having the right market knowledge at the beginning will help you plan your exit strategy effectively.



Builders & Builder Developers

If you are looking for finished pads to build on now, or future development projects, I am a resource for you.  I enjoy working on 2 lot short plats as well as 100 unit projects including attached, detached, conversions.
