I am passionate about real estate and strive to grow my understanding and ability in the field with each client meeting, transaction, or new law that gets passed.  My core commitment is to provide my clients with the best possible representation and real estate experience.

Since I moved to Seattle in 1994, I continue to be amazed at how great our region is. With its interesting neighborhoods, cool restaurants, diverse people, access to the outdoors, and spectacular views,. It’s a hard place to beat.

I have a background in New Home Construction, Design/Rehab Projects, and Land Development.  I am grateful for every client and work diligently to honor their interests no matter the price or scale.  I am a collaborative agent and have a reputation for identifying mutual benefits or outside resources to get successfully closed transactions.  I also take a stand for agency that represents honesty, integrity and full disclosure.
